  1. Undeliverable Packages

In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package. If the customer chooses not to have the package reshipped, a refund will be issued for the merchandise, minus the original shipping fees.

  1. Lost or Damaged Packages
