Refund policy

At ARECREATIVE LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a refund or exchange policy as follows:

Return Conditions:

  1. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Any request for returns made after 30 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.
  2. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Any items that have been altered, damaged, or show signs of wear will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  3. Clearance items, gift cards, and promotional items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Return Process:

  1. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed with the return.
  2. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. In such cases, ARECREATIVE LLC will cover the return shipping costs.
  3. Once we receive your return, please allow 7-10 business days for processing. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed and the refund has been issued.

Refunds:

  1. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
  2. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item. We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
